Food Journal Entry #3

32 Points today! Only 2 Points over, so we're getting there. Maybe that's what that 35 Weekly Points Allowance is for. :-) But darn those Starbucks Treat Receipts!!!!

  1. That's exactly what those 35 points are for! Really you can go "over" by 5 every day and still be OP (and still lose weight). I'm a weirdo who eat my APs first and then my WPs if I need them. Whatever works!! You're doing great, JBN.
