Here is my preparatory commitment:
- Follow the Weight Watchers Momentum Plan at least six days a week.
- Daily blog a Food Journal of Intent and Food Journal of Actuality.
- Practice yoga or Pilates at least four times a week.
- Attend weekly Weight Watchers meeting.
- Sunday is my designated (and optional) Free Day.

ReplyDeleteI started journaling in June, and I have the intent/actuality thing, too. Mine's on paper, though (I know, what am I, amish?) in a little notebook that I keep in my purse. One side is my plan for the day, usually written the night before, and the other side is what actually happens.
The 2 tsp of "healthy oil" always make it to the plan, but not always to the actual... Baby steps! :-)
